Due to the COVID19 “Hot Spots” around the country, we have been receiving returned packages that are undeliverable. The return fee is $15 per package. In order to reship your package to a new address, there is a fee of $16.95.
In order to have no disruptions in shipping and delivery, we highly recommend before finalizing your order with us, to please confirm that your recipient is “OPEN” for business, or have an alternative residential address we can ship to directly (Please note, all residential addresses will have an additional surcharge per carrier’s conditions.)
