Originally opened by founder Joe Fox in a tiny garage in West Hartford, CT. Armed with only a few employees, word of mouth quickly spread. Personalized customer service, quality production and a quick turnaround quickly forced this homegrown business to expand.
Business kept on coming. New innovations in equipment allowed business to take off and again expand into what Fox Laminating Company is today. After many years of success, Joe turned over the keys to the business and entrusted it to Walter Congdon, who had worked right alongside Joe almost the entire time!
Walt has continued the success by improving on the quality of our products. They surpass others available on the market. With no minimums and a 3-5 business day turnaround time (rush if needed) our plaques are available anytime and anywhere! Walt has also created a fun family environment by hosting after hour get-together’s such as Zip Lining, Sky Diving, and Sporting Events. We also proudly donate throughout the year as a team to many worthy causes.
We also want to say a great big thank you to our faithful customers. Without your continued support we wouldn’t have the opportunity to be as accomplished as we are. We are thankful for the forty years of operation we’ve had and look forward to many more years of success.

Fox Cares
We love to give back to the community. Every year a representative from United Way comes and spends time with the team. Each year our employees are more than willing to give to those in need.
Additionally, during the holiday season we come together and decide on a local charity or shelter to donate goods to. This past year we donated supplies to the Connecticut Department of Veteran’s Affairs, locally known as the Veteran’s Home in Rocky Hill.
